1. His favorite Harry Potter prop was not the magic wand or flying brooms, it was instead the popular round-rimmed glasses.He went through approximately 160 pairs during shooting and was rumored to have taken a pair from the first film and from the last.

2.As a kid, Daniel was often bullied. His role as the wizard boy with odd glasses would make his classmates call him “uncool”. However with a success like his, he says that today he's the one who’s having the last laugh.

3.when he first met Emma Watson for the first time, he confesses that he had a crush on her. However today he treats her like his sister.

4.He voiced a character in an episode of the animated television series The Simpsons in the late 2010.
